Amidst increasing scrutiny on flat prices, HDB wanted to showcase its efforts in developing sustainable, connected and well-designed towns that elevate residents’ quality of lives – encouraging a shift in mindset to see that the true value of a home lies beyond the monetary.

We created a TikTok hashtag challenge that referenced the iconic Jurassic Park scene, to get people to pay attention to the amazing green spaces within their own HDB towns.

What better way to show how well-designed HDB neighbourhoods are than through a resident's lens? This ongoing Hood Tours video series features residents giving us a tour of their HDB town, highlighting unique spots, biophilic efforts and convenient amenities near home.
